1. Returns within the guarantee period | |
We repair products that fail during the guarantee period. Our General Terms and Conditions apply. We ask you to ship the goods DDP (delivered duty paid). After the repairs have been completed, the return shipment will also be made by us DDP. | |
2. Returns outside of the guarantee period | |
We also repair products that are out of the guarantee period. The costs have either been calculated as flat rate or at cost. The price depends on the equipment type. | |
